The Custos Series
**books should be read in order for spoiler issue**
The history of the world, past, present, and future, resides in the pages of a single book. It is handed to the next Keeper every thirty years on Mardi Gras Day. The book only remains constant for the chosen. For anyone else, their world will change if they touch it.
Book of Mysteries (Book 3)
Sebastian Winder has his hands full. The new Keeper has a twin who knows more than she should, and who is actively interacting with a member of White Diamond. 1920 can’t come fast enough. Fearing the inevitable worst, the guardian asks for an assistant. Who he gets, is Ramsby Roth, a fresh from the Farther Fields, greener than green Custos with no experience.
In this third installment, it might take every one available to keep the book from the wrong hands as the odds are stacking against them. Just when they think the end is in sight, World War I erupts, Bergie is sent to serve, and Carnival festivities in New Orleans are cancelled. What if there’s no Mardi Gras?
How can they keep the book safe now, or get it to the new Keeper?
Only the book knows.
As the primary owner and driving force behind Eclectic Bard Books she considers herself immensely fortunate to see writing from varied perspectives as she endeavors to publish the authors rostered there. Working with other writers, Savannah gets to expand her horizons every day as someone brings a new idea to the table and the brainstorming begins. There is something addictive about the creative process for her and helping other authors embrace their dreams make hers a reality daily.
That’s the official Savannah, the unofficial version is just a girl who loves experiencing life with every twist and turn it takes. When she was born, she had such fine, light hair that her mother used to tape bows to her head so people would know she was a girl. She’s had a host of crazy unrelated jobs- everything from cake decorator, dry cleaner, and insurance agent to Emergency Room assistant, bartender, crime lab tech and bouncer. Savannah loves air hockey but completely sucks at it. She loves good jazz, good scotch, and antiques but also old rock, a quiet tea, and a tidy home. She’s completely technology impaired and can get it after she’s broken the computer or done it ass-backwards a few times… Thank Gods that there are some amazing meme creators that let her pilfer images or she’d be lost. Lime green is her color, the rhinoceros is her logo & philosophy, and she’s completely mad about seeing new authors try.

Urban Fantasy Suspense
Twins Poppy and Bergie share everything, including an
ability to read the mysterious book that Bergie gets Mardi Gras Day when the
Muddy Graws debut in the Rex parade. Two potential Keepers makes double the
work for the Custos guardian, who can’t be two places at once. Poppy’s book
grab from its hiding place in a fit of anger potentially changes everything,
and could shift the balance between light and dark.
