Disavow is such a great ending to this dark and suspenseful series.
Surprisingly there are still quite a few surprises along the way, and the biggest shock is we get to see a side to Pascal that you never ever thought was possible. All the loose ends get tied up nicely and we get a romance full of banter and passion between Gabrielle and Pascal, but with a slightly sad and emotional backstory.
The story was one that kept me interested enough to care about what happened to it's characters and I loved all the drama, rivalry and secrets that lead to betrayal, it's what the Dumonts were all about, they were ruthless to gain power of their family empire and didn't care how they got ahold of it.
Brilliant storytelling as always from Katrina Halle and another amazing series to add to her already extensive back catalogue of great stories.

Once A Myth is a dark and delicious piece of silky smooth chocolate that leaves you craving more!
This book will draw you in and it will make you forget about all things that you think are right and wrong, it will make you love to hate Sully Sinclair for all the right reasons, but then he will take you under his spell and make you want him to be the man of your dreams.

This book was unputdownable!!! Pepper Winters has completely blown me away with this story. It's so emotionally charged and has such an electric feel about it. The tropical islands of paradise as the backdrop setting of a story filled with fear, sex and kidnap is a genius move to make the character of Eleanor Grace feel always on edge, always never knowing if her life will end or become better than she ever dreamed about.

The storytelling was superb, it was edge of your seat drama at it's best with a lot of sexual tension between Sully and Eleanor. I'm on edge myself so much that I need the next book in this series right now!!!!

Brilliant story and deserves all of it's 5 Stars!

A Counterfeit Courtesan by Jess Michaels

Having read the previous two books in this series i've been especially excited to see how the final book would play out, being already aware of most of the characters in this book, from the three sisters and their husbands to the villains including Ellis 'Handsome' Maitland, i've been wondering about him for a while and of just how he was going to redeem himself of his part he played and to become a hero you could fall in love with. Make no mistake that in the beginning I thought that I would never grow to like Ellis, but the more you get to see of him, he starts to reveal the kind of man he is underneath the surface, and all is not what he at first seems.
Ellis and Juliana's story was a good ending to the series as it tied up all the loose ends but I felt it lacked a little of the drama and sense of adventure of the previous two sisters stories. This is my only reason for only giving this story 4 stars.
I have really enjoyed reading about the Shelly Sisters and the paths that their lives took them on. Jess Michaels is a great storyteller and really gets a feel for the time period that she writes about. It's always a pleasure to read her stories and i'm looking forward to see what she will write about next.

Baby I'm Yours has just shot straight to #1 as my favourite book in this amazing series!
I just didn't think that Carrie Elks could write anything better than the previous four books set in Angel Sands but James and Harper's story just totally blew the others all away. This book is the most emotionally heart wrenching story full of loss and shattered dreams, but it's also a story about learning that life goes on and that life is meant for living.
After James and Harper's night together sets them both on a path that neither of them realised that they both wanted, you get the beginnings of a romantic love story that had me rooting for them to find their HEA. It's simply a slow burn kind of friends with benefits at the start that quickly turns into something a lot more, with both trying to figure out each others feelings.
I loved all the drama, I loved all the will they won't they and I totally fell in love with James, the broken hero who was waiting for his slightly less broken heroine to find him and mend his broken heart.
This was a bit of a tearjerker, with some exceptional storytelling. I LOVED THIS BOOK!

Man Crush Monday was such a great read!!!!

I absolutely love a RomCom story and #MCM was everything that I love about the genre, it was funny, it was uplifting but it also made my heart pound so hard in my chest. The storytelling was totally captivating and it made me want to connect and engage with it's characters of Amy and Jared.

Their romance is is a fun packed rollercoaster ride with a bit of a harsh twist that I never saw coming! I was gobsmacked, shell shocked and totally lost for a little while, but Kirsty Moseley pulled out all the stops to bring us an epic finale to this amazing story.

I loved this book so much, it's definitely a contender for a top read of 2020.
