Disavow is such a great ending to this dark and suspenseful series.
Surprisingly there are still quite a few surprises along the way, and the biggest shock is we get to see a side to Pascal that you never ever thought was possible. All the loose ends get tied up nicely and we get a romance full of banter and passion between Gabrielle and Pascal, but with a slightly sad and emotional backstory.
The story was one that kept me interested enough to care about what happened to it's characters and I loved all the drama, rivalry and secrets that lead to betrayal, it's what the Dumonts were all about, they were ruthless to gain power of their family empire and didn't care how they got ahold of it.
Brilliant storytelling as always from Katrina Halle and another amazing series to add to her already extensive back catalogue of great stories.
