5 STAR REVIEW 

What an absolutely fantastic book! The story was flawless in the telling of the love and heartbreak between Lexi and Riley. They both meet as young children who become friends, that later as young adults became lovers for it all to fall apart after lexi's family suffer a tragedy. Riley ends up on the wrong side of the law through his own stupidity and it tears them apart. Years later they meet again and all their old feelings come flooding back, but so many lies and secrets have been hidden that its hard for them to both trust again. I fell in love with Riley his character was so easy to like and I really felt his pain and anguish at whether he could ever forgive and let Lexi back into his heart, Lexi I could understand completely with how she reacted to protect herself from anymore pain because we all make decisions we later come to regret. Sophie Jackson always makes it a pleasure to read one of her books, she weaves her magic throughout the story and make you spellbound to read her work, beautiful!
